RUNSCAPE (working title) is a personal website introducing Tokyo night-running courses through route maps, videos and practical information.

It aims to help runners choose a course that suits them by understanding distances, access and nighttime conditions.

How we handle information

We check published information against official sources and state the date checked. Current information was checked on November 2, 2026. Fees, opening hours and conditions of use may change, so please check each facility’s official website before visiting.

This is not an official website of any facility. Route maps are schematic guides to understanding the courses, not recorded GPS tracks.
